| Objective: To observe the effect of Yizhi Zhidai recipe on TCM syndrome score,MMSE score and ADL activity of daily living score of senile dementia patients with kidney essence deficiency and phlegm stasis blocking collaterals,and to evaluate the clinical effect of Yizhi Zhidai recipe.Methods: 60 patients who met the relevant criteria were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of medical treatment.The basic information,TCM syndrome score,MMSE score and activity of daily living score were collected before treatment in the two groups.The control group was treated with Donepezil tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Yizhizhidai Fang plus Donepezil tablets.After 6 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,MMSE scores and activities of daily living scores of the two groups were collected again.The curative effect of the patients was evaluated.Results:(1)Compared between the two groups,the effective rate of TCM syndrome score was different after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group;(2).Compared between the two groups,the difference of TCM syndrome score before and after intervention was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference of TCM syndrome score in the test group was more than that in the control group(P < 0.05).;(3).Compared between the two groups,the difference of MMSE score before and after intervention was statistically significant,and the difference in the test group was more than that in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Yizhi Zhidai recipe can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of AD patients with kidney essence deficiency and phlegm stasis blocking collaterals;(2)Yizhi Zhidai recipe can improve the cognitive function of AD patients with kidney essence deficiency and phlegm stasis blocking collaterals. |
