The Clinical Observation For Zhidai Tablet Combine With Clotrimazole To Cure The Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

Objective:At present,there was no treat criterion made by official in treating the Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis(RVVC).The therapy of the RVVC aimed at the Candidia.Using the broad spectrum antibiotic was prevalent in clinic. But the curative effect was uncertain.Especially the drug abuse resulted in coming forth of the resistant organism which aggravated the RVVC.This investigation was to study the therapeutic effects and security of Zhidai tablet in treating RVVC.We hoped that the study would founded the charge of how to treat RVVC.Methods:80 RVVC patients were selected and divided into two groups(the therapy group and the comparison group)randomly and impartially.In statistics,we used the software package of SPSS13.0,upbuilt the database and carried through the data management.The data would be made test of normality and the homogeneity test for variance.When the data were coincident,it would be carried through the t test,otherwise it would be carried through the rank sum test.Size of the test wasα=0.05.Each group was treated with strengthen therapy in the first month and maintenance therapy in the other two months.Once the vaginal cultures were confirmed,they would be began with the strengthen therapy.The strengthen therapy would be repeated if the vaginal cultures was masculine. And who had recurrent disease after twice strengthen therapy would be eliminated from the study.During the therapy,there was no any other treatments at the same time,such as any other oral or topical treatments.The comparison group was treated with Clotrimazole(500mg dose vaginal suppositories)1# q3d X2,That was to say every third day for a total of 2 doses.When Vaginal cultures was negative,treatment turned into the maintenance therapy:Clotrimazole 1# once monthly for a total of 2 doses.An re-examination was made after 7 days of treatment,while Zhidai tablet(the first month:5# oral administration tid X 12d,then 5# oral administration tid X 8d once monthly for a total of 2 doses)and Clotrimazole were given to each patient of the therapy group at the same time.The short-term therapeutical effects was observed in the 7th day after stopping treament,and the long-term were observed at the 1th,2th,3th,6th month.Results:The cure rate of the therapy group which discontinued therapy in the 7th day,1th,2th,3th and 6th month was 97.5%,97.5%,95%,92.5%and 90%.While the comparison group was 95%,92.5%,90%,90%and 87.5%.Getting rid of which discontinued therapy in the 1th month,the cure rate between two groups was significantly differs(P＜0.05).That was to say that the curative effect of the therapy group was better than that of the comparison group after discontinuing therapy.But the relapse rate between two groups were inapparent differs(P＞0.05).Each cure rate of the therapy group in the 7th day,1th,2th,3th and 6th month was 2.5%,2.5%,5%,7.5%and 10%.While the comparison group was 5%,7.5%,10%,10%and 12.5%.That was to say that the curative effect of Zhidai tablet combine with Clotrimazole to cure RVVC was significant.But whether it was propitious to carry through the curative effect or not was uncertain.Conclusion:These results suggested that the clinic effect of treat RVVC by Zhidai tablet was efficiency.
