Objeevties In order to adapt to the development of the hospital information,make full use of the hospital information system of the rich information resources,the development of Internet mode in hospital patient satisfaction assessment tools,development and management software for the statistics, make patient satisfactionsurvey and the corresponding data processing and evaluation work automation,standardized and institutionalized, and procedures, completely change broughtabout by manual operation of the efficiency is low, the error rate is high, datacheck difficulties, such complicated formalities defect, make the patientsatisfaction survey information and network to the development direction, in orderto improve the patient satisfaction survey and evaluation of information inreal-time and accurate.MehtodsDesigned by questionnaire, and then used the two wheels experts consultationmethod (Delphi method),adopt suggestions of experts for scale design, determinethe scale of the content and form, then form the scale. From the definition and thelogical module statistics relationship electronic information scale, within a certainperiod of use of the Internet platform patients hospitalized patients with voluntaryeligible satisfaction. Questionnaires for scale inspection, through to the scaleinternal consistency test, the correlation analysis and factor analysis, the scale ofthe reliability and validity analysis, and the project of screening, finally form theformal scale.Results1. Designed by questionnaire, using Delphi method of reliabilitypreliminary design or scale.
