This article is a medical sociology study. In recent years, the problem of “difficulty in seeing a doctor and expensive medical treatment” has become more and more prominent, which not only brings bad experience to patients, but also becomes a realistic source of frequent conflicts between doctors and patients in China. The research actively responds to relevant national policies, adheres to the national strategy of “Internet + medical care”,and provides data support for the development of“Internet + medical” through the exploration of the “hospital-family” rehabilitation model based on Internet+.The medical model upgrade and transformation provide practical experience to alleviate the problems of China's medical resources, patients' "difficulty in seeing a doctor, expensive medical treatment" and tension between doctors and patients. In this paper, the experimental method, data statistics method,follow-up observation method and qualitative analysis method are used for research. The research object is the patients with lumbar disc herniation in the outpatient department of Sichuan Provincial Orthopaedic Hospital.According to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, the patients are divided into random numbers.Internet + medical model group and traditional medical model group, the traditional treatment of professional hospital outpatients in the Internet +medical mode group, and guide patients to Mckenzie mechanics therapy, and finally the regular standardized management of the Internet;traditional medical mode The patients in the group received traditional treatment from the outpatient clinic. After guiding the patients for Mckenzie rehabilitation training, the patients were asked to go home to exercise. The therapeutic effect was evaluated before treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment, and 6 months after treatment. The evaluation index was based on the treatment score of lumbar spine disease(JOA).The number of patients who lost their follow-up at various time points after the first outpatient treatment was recorded to assess patient compliance and to assess patient satisfaction at 6 months after treatment. The statistical analysis of JOA scores and satisfaction scores before and after treatment in the two groups of patients was performed by statistical analysis. The subjective feelings of the rehabilitation model were analyzed by follow-up observation method, and combined with qualitative analysis, according to patient satisfaction and compliance.Discuss the advantages of this rehabilitation model compared to traditional medical models. The paired sample T test was used to compare the JOA scores of the two groups at different time points. The results were all P<0.05,and there were statistical differences, which were of clinical significance. The independent sample T test was used to compare the two groups of JOA scores. The scores of the Internet + medical model group were better thanthose of the traditional medical model group, but P>0.05,1 month after treatment and 3months after treatment. There was no difference in learning, and it had no clinical significance.Compared with the traditional medical model group, the scores of the Internet + medical model group were better than those of the traditional medical model group at P < 0.05.There was statistical difference and clinical significance.Through the follow-up observation method,it was found that the patient satisfaction and compliance of the Internet + medical model group were superior to the traditional medical model group. The “hospital-family” rehabilitation model based on Internet+ can achieve better long-term efficacy, and to some extent alleviate patients' anxiety and solve some psychological problems. Its operation mode can break through the limitations of time and place, realize telemedicine behavior, improve medical service efficiency, improve patient experience, improve patient satisfaction and compliance, and communicate between doctors and patients through this mode, which can effectively avoid misunderstanding of doctors and patients. To ease the contradiction between doctors and patients, enhance the trust of doctors and patients, and improve the relationship between doctors and patients. This model can also optimize the allocation of medical resources in China, alleviate the contradiction of “difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor”,and provide a direction and basis for the upgrading and transformation of the traditional medical model.
