As we all know,in recent years,the field of medical and health care industry in our country has undergone tremendous changes,but also exacerbated the competition among the medical industry,and patient satisfaction has become the key to the hospital's competition.The future development of the hospital depends on the hospital to provide patients with more thoughtful and meticulous human services.With the rapid economic development,the quality requirements of our people for medical service and medical service are also getting higher and higher.First,the medical service market will become more and more open and transparent.As a result,the information inequality between hospitals and patients will be gradually improved.Not only will patients' market position be higher and higher,but their medical expertise will continue to increase.Second,the doctor-patient relationship is becoming more and more tense.With the market-oriented reform of the medical industry,more and more patients have questioned the traditional professional ethics of hospitals and doctors.Patients' rights awareness and the awareness of the rule of law have been continuously enhanced.Once the hospital medical services can not meet the needs of patients Demand or damage to the patient will result in disputes between the patient and the hospital or even violent incidents resulting in adverse social impacts and will seriously damage the social image of the hospital.Patient(customer)satisfaction is an important aspect of the hospital's handling of patient-patient relationships.Many hospitals will improve patient satisfaction as a top priority in hospital management.Under this background,this article takes L a hospital in Lanzhou as the research object,and combines the actual characteristics of the hospital with the literature research method to set up the L hospital patient satisfaction measurement index system;using questionnaire survey,design and implementation L hospital patient satisfaction survey,and the use of SPSS software for the questionnaire were analyzed.Finally,according to the results of the discussion put forward to enhance the satisfaction of patients in hospital L recommendations.After the study concluded that the level of indicators,the medical environment,medical effects,medical technology and medical image of the overall evaluation of higher.Medical expenses,medical services scored lower,while the lowest medical costs scored 3.34 points.In terms of secondary indicators,the top one is the regional supporting environment,followed by the diagnostic results and medical equipment technology,hospital environment.The last few are the cost of surgery,treatment costs,drug costs,care and health care technology,service capabilities,service levels and several other major areas related to medical expenses and medical services and care.Overall,patients 'satisfaction with the medical services was between 3.34 and 4.01,indicating that patients' actual perceptions of L medical services aregenerally satisfactory and satisfactory,and they are satisfied or have a certain degree of satisfaction The gap,which is the challenge for the hospital.Through further investigation,it is found that the unsatisfiedness reflected in the documents is notably high in the out-patient public service environment;the quality of nursing staff is not high and the nursing ability is not strong;the cost of using expensive medicines and equipment is high and medicine is not divided Etc.;patient recognition of the hospital culture is not high and so on.In this regard,L hospitals should optimize the medical environment;improve nursing care and technical services;improve service processes;control of medical costs control;strengthen cultural construction,thereby enhancing patient satisfaction.
