| ObjectiveWith the rapid development of Internet technology,mobile Internet era for our today's added numerous new things in life,human and great changes have taken place in social life.On March 5,2015,the 12 th session of the National People's Congress held on time,on the conference,"Internet +" concept first appeared in his government work report,prime minister Li keqiang pointed out that \ "Internet +\" will dramatically influence on China's economic,the prime minister hopes that by \ "Internet +\" model unique,cloud computing,big data,emerging technologies,such as the mobile Internet and traditional industries combined,effectively promote the rapid development of various industries,enhance the comprehensive influence of Chinese enterprises in international,and broaden the various enterprises in the industry.Among them,the medical field,the priority of development of the concept of \ "Internet +\" hospital was born.Study of "Internet +" hospital became the focus in the study of the industry,and by the vast number of scholars' attention.Based on this,this article on the basis of absorbing the predecessors' research experience,combination of PZB service quality evaluation model,to explore the \ "Internet +\" hospital service quality,patient satisfaction and the relations between and among intend to the patient.Hope that through this article research,to the benign development of \ "Internet +\" hospital make a little contribution.Methods(1)literature research,literature research is combined with a large number of literature reading,get to meet in this paper,the theoretical basis for the research content,and provide the related research theory support the premise of the research methods.(2)the questionnaire investigation,this article adopts the way of questionnaire to collect to empirically the required data are collected,and according to the experience of the previous scholars study selected mature scale as item according to the questionnaire,the last applied statistics related knowledge to complete the sample design and sample size,the basis of the data of this study to lay a solid foundation.ResultsThrough the construction of the model and the empirical test,the conclusion is drawn as follows:(1)the service quality of "Internet plus" hospital will have an impact on the patient's satisfaction during the patient's visit.Based on the research results given in chapter 4,we conclude that the quality of service quality of "Internet +" hospital is positively affecting patients' satisfaction.In addition,we can also find that the physical,reliability,guarantee,reactivity and concern of "Internet +" hospital service quality are the reasons for the satisfaction of patients.(2)the quality of service in "Internet plus" hospitals can affect patients' willingness to visit patients.According to the research,according to "Internet +" hospital service quality is one of the important factors affecting willingness to the patient,at the same time,the "Internet +" the quality of hospital service tangibility,reliability,assurance,reactivity and care was the influence of the will of the patient.(3)patient satisfaction can affect the patient's willingness to visit the hospital,and then affect the patient's choice of hospital treatment.In this paper,the research results show that patient satisfaction by the relevant conclusions,patient satisfaction will directly influence the patient's doctor will change,eventually will directly influence the patient's doctor.(4)patient satisfaction has mediating effect between the service quality of "Internet plus" hospital and the patient's willingness to visit.Patient satisfaction changed the patients' willingness to see a doctor,the effect is not simply the patients psychological quality of hospital services is a surface,their at the same time,the influence of the quality of service can also affect the patients' willingness to see a doctor.The author thinks that,for this kind of pattern emerging in the form of a hospital,hospital "Internet +" should be more advantage of the characteristics of its own Internet properties,hold good for the patient's quality of service,improve patient satisfaction,thereby enhancing patients to the types of hospital clinic will,forming a clinic viscosity.ConclusionWith the widespread popularity of mobile Internet in People's Daily life,people have begun to adapt to a new way of life,and people are becoming more and more dependent on the Internet.These changes in life have also broken the pattern of operation and management in all industries.The combination of the above research results,the author found that in this paper,we study the "Internet +" hospital this new form of medical institutions rely on its own service quality is higher,"Internet +" hospital only strengthen the management of their own service quality can improve patient satisfaction and thus increase patients' willingness to see a doctor. |
