Research On Influencing Factors Of Internet Hospital User Satisfaction

[Purpose] With the continuous development of internet technology and the growing demand for public health care,internet hospitals have become one of the new types of medical service model under the background of "Internet + medical health".This new type alleviates the imbalance of supply and demand of medical resources effectively in China.However,public awareness and loyalty of those online hospitals is not high in the process of actual operation.This paper focuses on the internet hospitals and their current situation l Then,this study examines how users feel about those online hospitals when they experience and analyzes the factors affecting satisfaction towards those Internet hospital.Based on the results of the study,the author proposed the suggestions with the aim of improving the utilization rate of Internet hospitals,further promoting the sustainable development of the health care field.[Methods] First,based on the literature review,this paper analyzes and sorts out the previous domestic and foreign studies about research results of satisfaction with related fields.And the structural equation model was constructed according to the results.Second,according to the preliminary research results,the author modified and set down the questionnaire Then,online questionnaires are sent to collect data.Finally,in this paper,SPSS was used to conduct reliability and validity test,as well as descriptive analysis on the survey data.In addition,AMOS was used to perform confirmatory factor analysis on structural equation model.[Results] A total of 407 valid questionnaires were collected from online questionnaire.The investigated population varies in all age groups,educational background,profession and regions.Among them,the survey results shows that the amount of urban users arehigher than that of rural users,and the frequency of use is lower.The average scores of perceptual interaction,perceived value,perceived quality and interface design were 4.04±0.85,4.10±0.85,4.01±0.90 and 4.06±0.84 respectively,which were generally high.And the average score of perceived risk was 1.88±0.92,which was at a low level.Overall satisfaction score was 4.09 + /-0.90 that Internet hospital overall satisfaction is higher,which the public hospital more recognition of the Internet.AMOS results show that perceptual interaction,perceived value,perceived quality,perceived risk and interface design have significant effects on the satisfaction of Internet hospitals.This means that perceived value plays a mediating role between perceived quality and satisfaction.[Conclusions and suggestions] Through the analysis of structural equation model,it turns outs that perception interaction,perceived value,perceived quality and interface design have positive effects on the satisfaction of Internet hospital.However,the perceived risk has a negative effect on the satisfaction of Internet hospitals.Perceived value plays an intermediary role between perceived quality and satisfaction.According to the research results,this paper proposes relevant measures from the aspects of perceived interaction,perceived value,perceived quality,perceived risk and interface designrespectively,in order to improve the satisfaction of Internet hospitals.
