Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Jianpibazhen Cake Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency

Objective:Compared with xiaoshijianpi Pill, observe the Clinical Efficacy of jianpibazhen cake treating functional dyspepsia with Spleen and stomach qi deficiencyMethods:This experiment, positive control, block randomized, double-blind, multicenter clinical trial methods,438Patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,329patients in experimental group and109patients in control group.The experimental group received jianpibazhen cake and xiaoshijianpi pill of a simulate agent for treatment,control group received xiaoshijianpi pill and jipibazhen cake of a simulate agent,a course of4weeks. Then, the curative effect of two groups and the adverse reaction were observed.Results:1.The total effective rate of experimental group was (90.58%) compared with control group(81.65%), the difference was significant (P<0.01);2.the experimental group and the control group were not significantly adverse reactions,the two group has no difference with comparison (P>0.05).3.After treatment, poor appetite, early satiety, postprandial abdominal distension, loose stools soft, eructation, pale complexion statistically significant (P<0.05). No significant difference between the two groups abdominal pain, pantothenic acid and dizziness, fatigue (P>0.05)Conclusion:1Jianpibazhen cake is more effective than xiaoshijianpi pill in treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Spleen and stomach qi deficiency patients;2.the experimental group in Reduce poor appetite, early satiety, postprandial abdominal distension, loose stools soft, eructation, pale complexion and so obviously superior to the control group;3. Jianpibazhen cake is a good safety profile during the trial period, no obvious adverse drug reactions.
