ObjectiveIn this study,a small sample randomized controlled experiment was used to observe the efficacy of Jing-moxibustion in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold, and to compare and evaluate objectively, seeking a better acupuncture treatment plan and Provide evidence.MethodsThis research topic was selected in strict accordance with the inclusion and diagnostic criteria. From January 2020 to December 2020,a total of patients diagnosed with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type in the acupuncture and massage clinics, spleen and gastronomy clinics and wards of Dongguan Hospital 66 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. All patients were treated according to the established plan, and the trial group was treated with a Jing-moxibustion treatment plan,7 days as a course of treatment,1 day between treatments,a total of 3 treatments. The control group took mosapride citrate tablets orally for 1 week.Observe the improvement of the Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. The Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)includes the Symptom Index(NDSI)and Quality of Life Index.(NDLQI).After the course of treatment, according to various indicators and clinical efficacy, the scores after treatment and before treatment are compared, and the final quantitative score is performed, and SPSS 23.0 is used for statistical analysis.Results1.There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in terms of gender composition, age distribution,NDSI total score,NDLQI score, and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The total scores of NDSI in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different between before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the Jing-moxibustion treatment plan and the oral mosapride citrate tablets treatment plan are both effective for spleen and stomach deficiency and cold Patients with type functional dyspepsia have obvious curative effect.3.The NDLQI scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different between before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment of Jing-moxibustion and oral mosapride citrate tablets can improve the deficiency and cold of the spleen and stomach Quality of life in patients with type functional dyspepsia.4.The scores of TCM syndromes between the experimental group and the control group were significantly different between before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the Jing-moxibustion treatment plan and oral mosapride citrate tablets can all relieve the spleen and stomach Accompanying symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia of deficiency-cold type.5.After treatment, the Nepean Dyspepsia Symptom Index(NDSI),Nepean Dyspepsia Quality of Life Index(NDLQI)in the interference field, control field, food and beverage field, and TCM syndrome scores in the test group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference in sleep area in the Nepean Dyspepsia Quality of Life Index(NDLQI)between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).6.Overall curative effect:3 cases were cured in the test group,14 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 90.90%;in the control group,1 case was cured,8 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective, and 8 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 75.76%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It shows that Jing-moxibustion is more effective in treating symptoms of functional dyspepsia, improving the quality of life of patients, and reducing accompanying symptoms than oral mosapride citrate tablets.ConclusionThe treatment plan of Jing-moxibustion and the treatment plan of oral mosapride citrate tablets have definite effects in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold. The therapeutic effects of Jing-moxibustion are more obvious in improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the main and accompanying symptoms.Clinically,Jing-moxibustion can be promoted as one of the acupuncture treatment options for patients with functional dyspepsia.
