Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo By Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina

ObjectiveComparative efficacy through clinical observation of Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina and the Mangxue Tuina treatment of cervical vertigo, preliminary explore the clinical value of the Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina of cervical vertigo,Ling Gui Ba Fa of turtle time acupoints reasonable.MethodsCollected by the Institute of cases from Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Wastern Medicine and the Xian Lie Dong clinic in the first Hospital of Guangzhou university of Chinese Medicine of the study design in patientswith cervical vertigo, a total of60cases.Were randomly divided into two groups for different treatment, each group of30cases. On the basis of massage, the treatment group Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina, massage of the control group using the Mangxue Tuina. Observed before and after treatment, symptoms and functional changes, as well as TCDshown bilateral VA flow rate changes, and the obtained data were statistically analyzed, the measurement data, the t test, count data using the chi-square test, the clinical efficacyRidit analysiswhether there are differences were observed.Results1. The treatment group controlled76.7%of the penetrance, the total effective rate was96.7%, control group control a significant rate of40.0%,80.0%of the total effective rate, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)2.60cases of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale assessment results, patients in the treatment group of30cases, the total mean score of26.86±3.26;control group of30cases, the total mean score of19.10 ±1.57. The treatment group score higher than that in the control group (P <0.05);After treatment, dizziness, headaches, daily life and ability to work, indicators of psychological and social competence scores with the control group the score indicators, the difference was significant statistically significance (P<0.05), neck and shoulder pain rating index, the difference was not significant,no significant (P>0.05).3. TCD indicators comparison of two groups of patients after treatment, Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina can be more significant improvement in vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity, significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group, cervical vertigo TCD improvement than the control group.ConelusionsIndicators of clinical observation prompted the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than the vertigo symptoms improved significantly, elevated of TCD. Summary, income, Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina on the treatment of cervical vertigo overall symptom improvement is better than a MangXue Tuina group. Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina acupoints reasonable;Ling Gui Ba Fa Tuina in the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo can achieve a good effect, alter the cervical vertigo in patients with vertebral artery blood flow velocity,with a high clinical and promotion value.
