| Objective: In order to provide literature basis for the scientificity,standardability,feasibility and innovation of clinic reaserch in this subject design, we made a statistical analysis of Articles of clinical study on treating cervical vertigo by acupotomy and tuina,and analyzed the extract content. Meanwile, we analysed and evaluated the clinical effects from two aspects of subjective sensation of the patients and objective dect indicator separatey through observing and comparing the differences of the observation indexes between the treatment groups and control groups. We also discussed the pathogenesis, mechanism of diagnosis and treatment and the rule for observation index establisment in order to reduce the blindness in clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo, to improvediagnosisaccuracy, and to develop a safe, effect quickly,standardized treatment of durable effect for cervical vertigo.Methods:We processed a statistics analysis of Articles of clinical study through Literature survey and content analysis. After the related standares and observation indexes of the project were confirmed according to the statistical results, 60 patients with cervical vertigo were divided into two groups of micro-acupotomy combined with tuina of chiropactic andspirit-regulating(treatment group) and the conventional acupuncture combined with tuina about chiropactic and spirit-regulating(controll group) randomly. After 2 courses of treatment, we observed and compared the diffirences between two groups in Quality of Life Rating Scale(SL-36),cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales and Symptom Checklist(SCL90).We measured the cervical curvature in X-ray photograph for cervical spine, the blood velocity of vertebrobasilar by TCD and the changes in value between incubation and interval period of the brain stem auditory evokedpotential(BAEP). The results were analyzed statistically by SPSS.Result:In the literature research, we made the statistical analysis of extract contents on 301 articlesrelated with tuina literature and 84 articles related with the related literature of the 84 needle knife. In clinical study, the clinical treatment group total effectiveness was90.00%, control group clinical total effective rate was 76.67% after treatment without adverse reactions. After analyzed the observation indexes, we can find that the subjective indicators of the SL- 36 and SCL90 had significant difference(P < 0.05)only in part of the project of two groups of patientsbefore and after treatment, the treatment group improved better than the control group. The significant difference(P < 0.05) was found before and after treatment of cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale of the grade, the treatment group improved better than that of control group. There was no obvious difference(P > 0.05) between aftertreatment and 1 month after the end of follow-up after treatment. In objective index of detection, two groups of X-ray of cervical vertebrae curvature index and TCD before and after the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity changes were significant difference(P< 0.05), the treatment group improved better than the control group. There was no obvious changes in BEAP before and after the treatment of two groups of patients, a significant difference(P < 0.05) was found only in the PL ?, the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: According to the clinical and related literature research,this topic design has certain feasibility and innovation, two groups of treatment method are also safe and effective, and the treatment group total clinical curative effect and improve the evaluation indexes are better than the control group. After observing patients subjective indicators we can find that after treatment, two groups of patients had partly improved in terms of quality of life and mental health, and in the field of clinical symptoms and signs treatment effect is significant, and lasting efficacy. In objective test indicators, two groups of treatment also have a positive impact on vertebral- basilar artery blood flow velocity and adjustment of patients with cervical curvature of patients, which show that TCD and cervical spine X-ray can be used as a sensitive index of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo patients. While, patients are not sensitive for BEAP test, we can not obtain valid observations. This topic for the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo provides a better solution, has a certain clinical value and theory significance. |
