Observation Of Clinic Result Into The Use Of Abdominal Acupuncture And The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Induced Mammary Hyperplasia

ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of Abdominal acupuncture and the treatment of Liver Qi Stagnation induced Mammary Hyperplasia and to lay the foundation for clinical practice.MethodsThe study used a retrospective and prospective and controlled design. Research for January2011-Febuary2012Guangdong provincial hospital of acupuncture department and breast surgery department patients who suffered Liver Qi Stagnation induced Mammary Hyperplasia. Qualified study participants were divided into two groups based on the conditions. Both groups were selected for50cases and divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. Two groups were observed the effectiveness in2-month follow-up period. Establish a database, the results using SPSS17.0statistical software package for statistical analysis. Measurement data were analyzed the median and other descriptive, comparison between groups using t test(non-normal distribution or heterogeneity of variance using rank test). Count data description using proportions and rate, comparison between groups using chi square test.ResultComparison the effectiveness of treatmetnt group and control group, the effectiveness rate of treatment group is73.3%and control group is60%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is mostly based on Chinese Medicine differential diagnosis. Though some consideration is given to Western medical knowledge. Through the use of the stimulation of Positive reaction Points on the abdomen and Points that correspond to internal Zang-Fu organs, the self-regulatory mechanisms of the body are stimulated in order to realize the curative effect of the treatment, which is particularly effective in treating the pain. The technique is simple, convenient, safe and effective, making it well worth popularizing.
