Methods180Diabetic Foot patients on â… and â…¡ stage were divided into3groups randomly.100patients in group one were treated by combined with herbal fumigation therapy,40patients in group two were treated conventional surgical medicine combined with herbal gumigation, the other40patients in group three were treated conventional surgical medicine. Wound surface healing rate and cure rate was compared among the3groups after6weeks of therapy.ResultsThe wound surface healing rate and cure rate in group one of ultrasonic debridement combined with herbal fumigation therapy was higher than the conventional surgical medicine combined with herbal fumigation group and conventional surgical medicine group. The woundsurface healing rate and cure rate in group two of the conventional surgical medicine combined with herbal fumigation group was higher than the conventional surgical medicine group. The value of difference among the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic debridement Combined with Herbal Fumigation Therapy can improve ulcers healing of Diabetic Foot disease. This method has several advantages with significant clinical efficacy, easy operation and no adverse reaction. It is worth to apply this method in clinical practice. |
