Study On The Treatment Of Hypertension By The Fumigation Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Foot

Objective To investigate the effect of adjuvant therapy of hypertension foot fumigation effect, provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods Select May 2015- February 2016 period, Chinese Medicine Hospital in Dezhou hypertensive cardiovascular medicine outpatient 150 cases. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Through literature research and expert advice, to develop traditional Chinese medicine fumigation foot therapy procedures and prescriptions. After two sets of the same general treatment and care have taken, the test group were added foot medicine fumigation therapy, the control group add warm water washes, continue to observe four weeks. Based on results of clinical trials data processing, statistical analysis and compared three groups of blood pressure lowering in the case of symptoms of hypertension.Result In this study, 140 patients in the control group 1 patients had their blood pressure of hypertensive crisis reaches three standard aborted experiment and change the program down, two cases of poor compliance due to the subjects, failed to complete the full treatment. The test group All patients completed four weeks of treatment. Final test group, 70 cases in the control group 67 cases,finished the test. Compare two groups of patients age, sex, body mass index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TCM symptom score, the results showed no significant difference between comparable. By 4 weeks of treatment, the patient's blood pressure in the two groups were decreased. Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group and the conventional therapy group(P <0.05), the control group systolic and diastolic blood pressure was no significant difference(P> 0.05). Compare the total effect of the two groups of blood pressure, blood pressure, total efficacy trials group total effective rate was 84.29%, the control group was 62.69%, the total effect of the experimental group was significantly higher blood pressure, total efficiency and the experimental group( P <0.05). Compare TCM symptom score three groups of patients before treatment, two patients had no significant differences in the results, but through treatment, the test group of TCM symptom score was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05), while the vertigo, headaches, heart palpitations, insomnia symptom score regard, the experimental group scores lower than the control group(P <0.05). Compare two groups of patients in clinical symptom score overall effect, the experimental group clinical score overall efficacy rate of 88.58 %%, 59.70% in the control group, the experimental group clinical symptom scores and significantly higher overall effect experiment group(P <0.05). A total of two groups before and after treatment patients were subject to routine safety checks and adverse reactions, adverse event cases recorded during the clinical treatment two groups of patients were not there any adverse reactions and adverse events, urine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram They showed no obvious abnormalities. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation foot adjuvant therapy can significantly improve symptoms associated with blood pressure, lower blood pressure, improve the quality of life of patients, but also has the advantages of safe without side effects.
