Our study use dejection of healthy cows in Hohhot suburbs to carry on treatments of separation culture and animal pathogenicity experiment, we identify5powerful pathogenicity bacterial strains of colon bacillus, selecting08strain to set up a model of the mice was infected by cow original intestinal pathogenicity colon bacillus through the artificial infection method, curing the model mice by traditional anaesthetic compound treatment and fermented mare’s milk treatment,then we study the tissues’pathology structure and immunologic function of the control group,the infected group and the posttreatment group. Measure the mononuclear macrophage function of the pretherapy and aftertherapy mice through carbon clearance method, detect the immune visceral organs index of the normal group,the infected group and the posttreatment group, using RIA to detect the indexes of IL-2、IgA、IgG、IL-6、 IL-8and TNF-a.The results indicated that infected pathogenicity colon bacillus decrease the phagocytic function of the mice’s mononuclear macrophage, the indexes of thymus and spleen, the level of IL-2, IgA, IgG decreased and the levels of IL-6、 IL-8and TNF-asignificantly increased. After curing the mice by the traditional anaesthetic compound treatment and fermented mare’s milk treatment shows that all of the mononuclear macrophage function, the indexes of thymus and spleen are recovering, significantly raise the content of IL-2in the blood, at the same time inhibit the increase of the IL-6、IL-8and TNF-anotably, additionally the concentration of the IgA and IgG was increased significantly. Two anaesthetic treatments can enhance the immunity, reduce the inflammation injury on body and regulate the immune response at molecular level through the enhancement of the mononuclear macrophage phagocytic power and the indexes of immunity system and the regulation of the secretory volume of IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、IgA and IgG. All of above is in order to eliminate the pathogen, providing solid proof for study of pathogenicity bacterial’s mechanism.
