In recent years, chicken hyperuricemia and gout in rising incidence in chicken farm, has become a common and frequently-occurring disease,and can be found all over the world, seriously affecting the farm economic interests. Because of the chickens in the area of uric acid synthesis and metabolism is the same as humans, chicken gout model is considered to be more in line with the process of human incidence of gout, is one of the better model.Objective 1,In order to establish experimental hyperlipidemia chicken high urate model.2,Observe the traditional Chinese medicine preparation treatment effect on the Chickens' Hyperuricemia. Methods 1,Establish experimental hyperlipidemia chicken high urate model and serology detection and research This study selected the 50-day-old "Roman layer" 80, were randomly divided into 4 groups, 20 in each group. Were fed high-protein diet(group A), high calcium diet(group B), high calcium and high-protein diet(group C) and normal diet(group D). Test the chicken for all the free food, drinking water restrictions, weekly weighing, measuring chicken ankle circumference. Male Roman layers 80, randomly selected 10 as normal control group(normal diet), the remaining three model feed group: High protein group 10, High calcium group 10, High calcium and high-protein group 50, all model group feeding different diet. Daily observation each group of chicken manure, appetite and mental health, in making model 42 days animal fasting 12h, chicken wing vein for blood and serum uric acid, the high-protein group chicken blood uric acid in more than 480μm o l/l layer filtering out as hyperuricemia model chicken, are divided into 4 groups, each group of 10, in proper order:model group, compound traditional Chinese medicine group(4g·kg-1), benzbromarone group(5mg/kg)and allopurinol group(10mg/kg). Positive medicine group and every traditional Chinese medicine group both decorate suspension intragastric, one time a day,lasting 14 days. Model group pour in stomach menstruum, all administration time are on the same accept drug. Administration period feeding the drinking water of the same model. After made model 0d, 14d, 28d, 42d, administration later 7 days and after last administration 1h, animal fasting 12h, chicken wing vein for blood, determination of the level of serum UA.Before administration and after administration 14 days, leaveing 1 d chicken droppings after washing the filtered measuring unit weight of stool in uric acid excretion.Results 1,The speed and range of the increasing value of uric acid in the sera of the chickens were decreased in the order of group C, group A, group B and group D.2,The research result shows that with the adding of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, the hyperuricemia symptoms has almost disappeared;3,Herbal intragastric on high calcium high protein feed-HUA chicken has good treatment effects.Conclusion The chicken model with persistent hyperuricemia could be made with chicken under age of 70 days. The research in this paper indicates that traditional Chinese medicine preparation has a great treatment effect on roman cocks' hyperuricemia.This experiment uses the single-factor high protein, single-factor high calcium diet and two-factor with high calcium high protein diet three method to copy the experimental chicken hyperuricemia model, study on the different levels of calcium and protein diet on hyperuricemia chicken blood uric acid, for future high calcium and protein, dietary hyperuricemia prevention provides reference, and by treatment on model chicken to observe traditional Chinese medicine preparation treatment effect. |
