Identification And Cultivation Of Golden Tremella(Tremella Aurantialba)

Tremella aurantialba is one kind of fungus and is famous for it’s great nutritive value in our country. Whereas, T.saurantialba could not degraduate cellulose to nutrient by itself. Its’ cohabitant fungus is nessisary in the process of fruiting body growing development.Golden Tremella strain contains two kinds of fungus, that is T.aurantialba and Its’companion fungus. The mycelium growing speed of Tremella aurantialba is slow, so often lost in the process of fungus Preservation. In order to identify the isolates containing what kind of fungus, total DNA of the five isolates of Tremella aurantialba which were saved in the laboratory was extracted. rDNA ITS (ITS1and the ITS2) fragment were amplified, and then by cloning and sequencing. the results show that the three isolates which have single fragment are Stereum hirsutum.. the other two isolates which containing two fragments of the sequence,one is Stereum hirsutum and the other is Tremella aurantialba. Phylogenetic trees were constructed by using similar species.At last,we cultivate Tremella aurantialba. The strains Ta0003and Ta0005grow well and can send up fruitingbody.
