Stable isotope tracer technique can reflect the transport situation of markers betweenTremella fuciformis and Cohabitant fungi through the measure of the abundance of isotope-labeled compounds under the condition of damage which will not disturb the physiological balance of the body or not destroy the completion of the object. The result showed that hyphae of Tremella fruiting body can get nutrients through direct transmit of hyphae of Cohabitant fungi which means the existence of binding site. The phenomeon of one strain with diferent names of Cohabitant fungi affects species production management and undermines the interests of breeders. In order to rule out the phenomeon, compresive analysis of RAPD, ISSR, SRAP molecular markers and ITS sequences are used to establish standard strain library of Cohabitant fungi the 39 strains preserved in our Lab are clasified into two species, seven groups. The relationship of different types of mating between Cohabitant fungi and Tremella fuciformis and the yields of Tremella fuciformis were researched using standard strain library of Cohabitant fungi that had been established. The results showed that mating between the same species but different groups of Cohabitant fungi have impacted on production of Tremella fuciformis, while mating between different species of Cohabitant fungi can affect the friuting of Tremella fuciformis directly.
