Tremella(Tremella fuciformis Berk.),also known as white fungus,snow fungus,has been regarded as nutritious food since antiquity.Up to date,family workshops has been the predominant production model of Tremella,while plastic bag cultivation of Tremella has been developed in industry in the past few years.Tremella production management in industry,however,has been mainly based on experiences,resulting in the lack of systematic accurate knowledges on the effect of the key factors,such as temperature,moisture,light,and oxygen on Trmella production process.In addition,Tremella cultivation cost and production has been other key factors that hampers its cultivation in industry.In this study,the effects of the key factors on the process of Tremella production were investigated.In order to guarantee the quality of mycelium development,according to the effects of the various moisture(50%,56%,and 63%)treatment of substrate and various culture temperature(20,24 and 28)treatment on the physiology and biochemistry variation pattern and enzyme activity variation pattern during mycelium development,the moisture in substrate and the temperature for mycelium growth were determined,respectively,on the basis of Tremella production generated by corresponding mycelium treatment as standard.During fruit body development,to determine the factory cultivation model of Tremella,studies of the key fruiting conditions such as enlarging bore size,and fruiting model of high to low temperature in summer,on Tremella cultivated in industry were performed.In addition,this study explored low-cost formula for Tremella cultivation,thus cutting down the cultivation cost.The investigation of these key technologies will provide scientific evidiences for guiding Tremella cultivated in industry.Sack cultivation techniques were used to increase the amount of loading,adjust the package tightness and C/N,the average yield increased by 25%,the average profit increased by nearly 50%.The output and profit brought by Tremella cultivation reached a new balance point.In this study,we studied the whole process of Tremella fuciformis cultivation,including new ways of raising bacteria,new fruiting pattern in summer,new medium and high-yielding cultivation.The effects of different key factors on the yield of Tremella fuciformis were observed,and one-stop key technologies of Tremella fuciformis such as culture,fruiting,better formula and cultivation mode were developed.The ways provide a scientific basis for Tremella fujian for the transformation from empiricism to scientization scientific,can effectively promote the process of industrial transformation and transformation of Tremella fuciformis.
