List my works as follows:researching the medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO; technical processes of Tremella cultivated by dry/fresh JUNCAO with plastic bags under natural conditions, technical processes of Tremella cultivated by dry/fresh JUNCAO with plastic bags and jar under artificial climate chamber conditions; determination of gossypol content, heavy metal content and nutrients of dry/fresh JUNCAO; determination of the changes of contents of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin and activities of degrading-enzyme associating with these substances in Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO during different periods. In order to provide theory and data supports to the Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO. The results are as follows:1. Using test-tube method screened four kinds of JUNCAO and three auxiliary materials. The result was:Neyraudia reynaudiana> Miscanthus floridulus> Pennisetum Sinese Roxb> Pennisetum purpureum; sorghum> corn flour> millet; accessories powder> granules. The most suitable medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO is:70% Neyraudia reynaudiana,5% sorghum,24% wheat bran,1% lime.2. Using the dry/fresh JUNCAO as the main raw materials. Studying the technical processes of Tremella cultivated by dry/fresh JUNCAO with plastic bags and jar under natural conditions and artificial climate chamber conditions. The results showed that:the biological efficiency of Tremella cultivation with fresh JUNCAO (33.21%) was higher than Tremella cultivation with dry JUNCAO (30.61%), close to the control CK (34.83%). The biological efficiency of whitening Tr. strain (27.12%) was slightly lower than Tr. strains (29.36%), lower than the control CK (36.36%).The technical process of Tremella cultivation with JUNCAO under natural conditions:using polyethylene film bag (55 cm×12 cm) as planting containers, clinker cultivation, sterilization, bagging, and inoculation, then culturing mycelium at the temperature of 25-26℃, and air relative humidity≤70%; fruiting management at the temperature of 22-25 ℃, and air relative humidity 80-95%.The technical process of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO with plastic bags under artificial climate chamber conditions:using polyethylene film bag (55 cm x 12 cm) as planting containers, clinker cultivation, bagging, sterilization, and inoculation, cultivating Tremella under artificial climate chamber conditions. Culturing mycelium at the temperature of 25-26 ℃, humidity: 60-70%; fruiting bodies management at the temperature of 22~25℃, humidity:80~95%.The technical process of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO with jar under artificial climate chamber conditions:using jar (750 g) as planting containers, clinker cultivation, bottling, drilling holes, then placed them into the pressure cooker, continuous sterilization 2 hours after the temperature rising 100℃ and cooling inoculated, and semi-automated cultivation and management under artificial climate chamber conditions. Mycelium culture at the temperature of 25~26℃, humidity: 60-70%; fruiting bodies management at the temperature of 22~25℃, humidity:80》95%.3. The results of determination of dry/fresh JUNCAO nutrients showed that:the nutrients of the fresh JUNCAO were higher than the dry. This was consistent with the yield of Tremella cutivation with fresh JUNCAO higher than the Tremella cutivation with dry JUNCAO. The four heavy metals contents in JUNCAO (Neyraudia reynaudiana) didn’t exceed the national feed hygiene standards. JUNCAO (Neyraudia reynaudiana) was safe and high quality raw materials.4. The results of determination of gossypol content in cotton seed hull showed that:Tremella fruiting bodies were rich in gossypol during growth and development; autoclave processing can avoid the free gossypol exceeding the standard. Currently on the market there was a phenomena that the gossypol of cotton seed hull as to the raw materials of Tremella cultivation exceed the standard, which should cause the departments note, proposed study and develop the alternative materials of cotton seed hull, and as soon as possible to draw up standard of gossypol in cotton seed hull in the Tremella cultivation.5. Determination and comparing the changes of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin contents and cellulase, hemicellulase, lignin degrading enzyme activities of planting material of Tremella cultivation with JUNCAO during four periods. The results showed that:Tremella cultivation with JUNCAO mainly use of hemicellulose during the mycelium culture period, begin to use of cellulose during the young ears period; the degradation of cellulose reached 8.40%, the degradation of hemicellulose reached 3.42%, and the amount of lignin content was relatively increased during the entire cultivation processing. The cultivation compound of Tremella cultivation with JUNCAO contains cellulases, hemicellulases and laccase activity, but not MnP and LiP. Cellulase and hemicellulose activity reach maximum value when the mycelium went full, 1.16 U/g and 7.33 U/g respectively; laccase activity reached its maximum (8.16 U/g) during the young ears period.
