Lining cylinder is a leak-proof barrier important for the reactor. Lining cylindergenerally can be regarded as a sealed shell is composed of four parts including the floor,cut-off cone, cylinder, dome, δ=6mm steel plate welded together. Dalian Jiaotong Universityresearch-team creatively design steel grid to overall lift the nuclear island lining cylindermodule, there is no precedent in the field of China’s nuclear power construction, the firstapplication of this technology has filled the blank of modular construction of nuclear powerconstruction field. The deformation of the cylinder wall is the key issue in the process ofnuclear island integral lifting cylinder liner. Using the frame to lift the large and thin steelcylinder, the grid’s structure forms and its deformation will directly affect on the radialdeformation of the lifting cylinder,the buckling deformation of the distal cylinder, and thedeformation of the surrounding penetrating items, the diameter of nuclear island steel liner istens of meters, not only the thin wall and the total weight of is over one hundred tonsincluding the cylinder’s own weight, and ancillary items, walkways and top lift attachmentetc., which not only increase the difficulty of lifting, but also have some risks.To ensure the cylinder deformation within the limits, this thesis based on finite elementanalysis software ANSYS to establish the parameters of the grid structure, calculating thedisplacement and analyzing the axial stresses. The results showed that the whole lifting steelmodular frame structure design is very reasonable and feasible, and before analyzing theconstruction of lifting tools-frame data is necessary, which lay the reliable groundwork forthe final design of the overall module lifting frame structure of the steel liner the nuclearisland and lifting scheme of the overall module lifting.This paper obtained the following conclusions:(1) Analysis and calculation with ANSYS software, displacement, axial force and axialstress of the structure of the grid, at last the results show that the use of steel grid lifting thewhole lining cylinder, from the design of the grid structure to the force and deformation of thegrid, are to meet the requirements of the construction of nuclear-power construction, and thedeformation of the lining cylinder is within the allowable range of the project;(2) After calculating and checking the accessories of the bolt ball node, including tensilestrength shear strength of the screw and the sleeve strength are meet the requirements of themodular design construction;(3) The designed lifting grid meets the requirements of the "design of steel structures(GB50017-2003).
