Abstract/Summary:
Construction hoist as an equipment which can transport people or goods is widely used in all kinds of construction.With the rapid development of construction in our country,more and more lower floors of the construction projects put forward higher requirements on the function and safety of the construction lifting equipment.There have been lots of simple lifting equipment on the market in recent years which all have poor quality and single function.In view of this situation,this paper developed a light-weight construction hoist which can transport goods with vertical or inclined way.This paper also designed a high safety and reliable safety device.At the same time,the main body of the construction hoist’s stress analysis was done by the method of finite element.Through the analysis of the characteristics of low building construction,the construction hoist’s structure was designed by the method of modular design which concentrate on function dividing.With this,the hoist can satisfy the needs of design on miniaturization and multifunction.This paper put forward a designing scheme of lift platform and bent movable standard knot.With it,the construction hoist can transport many kinds of goods with a direction changing way.Through the research and analysis of the safety device’s braking form,a designing scheme of eccentric safety device base on self-locking principle was presented.Based on the theory of stress-strength interference,the reliability of the key part eccentric wheel was been analyzed.The performance curve of the device,such as braking time,braking length,was obtained by using ADAMS software in simulation.The influence situation of spring stiffness and braking length was obtained by the method of parametric analysis.The fall experiment of prototype was been conducted.Through thecomparison of simulation data and the experimental results,the safety device was been proved high-performance.The safety device solves the problem of elevator safety anti falling successfully.Through the analysis of the combined loads under the most dangerous working condition,the loads of the guide rail were calculated.The deformation and stress distribution of the two limiting cases of the inclined lifting and the vertical lifting are solved by using ANSYS Workbench software in finite element analysis.Then the strength and rigidity of the guide rail ware been checked based on relative standard.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the guide rail meet the requirements.Compared with the small-sized lifting equipment now use,the double function of construction hoist this paper designed has more advantage.With high load capacity,high safety and varieties features,the hoist designed is far better than similar products.It not only provides great convenience for low floor construction,but also has high economic value.
