Construction hoist is the indispensable equipment in building construction. With the development of construction industry in C hina,the higher requirements been put forward on the performance of construction hoist,the development of new models is the development trend of construction hoist. The hydraulic transmission can realize s tepless speed regulation, and stable operation, and the original motivation by the power restriction, use of internal combustion engine can be used for the construction of the region without electrical source. At present, the construction hoist used hydraulic transmission has been appeared at home and abroad, which the maximum operating speed is up to 100 m/min. It has not reached the mature stage in C hina, and there is a gap with advanced level of foreign. Therefore, this paper carries on in-depth analysis of the existing construction hoist, developed a new type of hydraulic construction hoist, and the mechanical system and hydraulic system analysis.Construction of hydraulic hoist in this topic is through the optimization and improvement based on the existing models, a construction elevator running speed design, fast lifting height, good comprehensive performance, is the rack and pinion construction hoist with hydraulic transmission. The rated lifting weight of one tons, lifting height of two hundred meters, the comprehensive performance is better than the original product.In this paper, hydraulic construction hoist been design based on many factors. For construction of hydraulic lift cage struc ture, combined with Proe which is the 3D software and ANSYS Workbench which is finite element software to analyze the deformation and stress situation. The three-dimensional model is conducted in Proe, and the finite element model of the cage structure bee n established in the ANSYS Workbench. The cage deformation and stress conditions are found after solving load and constraint in ANSYS Workbench. Also finite element modal analysis of the cage structure is conducted,the natural frequencies and vibration- made vectors of the first six orders are obtained,and vibration hazardous areas are found. Ensured the natural frequencies of the cage are different with the resonance frequency, improve the reliability and service life.The design of hoist hydraulic transmission system is completed by using the software of AMESim, including the determination of the basic scheme of the hydraulic system, actuator selection and parameter calculation, and the calculation and selection of hydraulic components. The model of hydraulic system of construction hoist is established by using AMESim, the system pressure and flow are simulated and analyzed. It provides the feasibility of the hydraulic system.
