Tourism Development And Utilization Of Existing Building

China’s economy has developed rapidly, the process of urbanization has also developed faster than before, city limits to expand ceaselessly, city renewal problems is becoming increasingly more and more obvious, a large number of existing architecture reuse has became focus of research the problems of urban renewal. Reuse of existing buildings in the tourism perspective is the branch of study reuse of existing buildings. It is a mode of operation, which is the development of existing buildings tourism resources that has cultural connotation and historical significance, macroeconomic regulation and control by the State, to attract social funds and developers. And this kind of tourism resource is echo each other well, finally it can achieve the desire results, which are available to the general public, to show the historical culture of the existing buildings, and at the same time also has the effect of tourism value.This article will start from analysis the existing buildings tourism resources, firstly, determine the conditions of existing buildings, then through the research of domestic and foreign existing building tourism development situations and analysis classic case, summary the successful experience of existing buildings in the tourism perspective, and China’s gaps and shortcomings in this field. On this basis, from a macro point of view, summarized the principles of re-use of existing buildings in the tourism perspective, also pointed out the re-use strategy; from the micro point of view, respectively, starting from city level, construction level and culture level, targeted analysis its reuse ideas. Analyze its detailed means of design this thought. On the basis of comprehensive and rational analysis to explain relatively suitable transform directions and development model.In this paper, layer by layer in-depth study, the interlocking system, the article content complement each other, the theory of mutual support, a more comprehensive study of existing buildings in the tourism perspective and re-use design measures and ideas. This reuse ideas not only stay on a theoretical level, but also operability.
