Renovation And Reuse Of Historic Buildings Based On Pension Function

In the process of urban renewal,with the continuous increase of new buildings,the problem of the increase of the idle rate of existing buildings began to emerge.The old historical architecture of the city and the old buildings showing the old city's texture should be effectively protected and updated.It is one of the better choices to make functional updates based on the original features without changing the historical buildings.The current unbalanced development of old-age care in the old city and suburbs has become a prominent problem in the society.Family pension in the old city faces greater limitations.The number of community pension institutions is insufficient,lack of professional care services,and the contradiction between supply and demand between pension demand and places.The problem of low quality of old-age care is outstanding.How to effectively combine the maintenance of historical buildings with the problem of community pension is not only a concern of the government and society,but also a challenge for responsible environmental designers.In view of this,this paper takes Jinan Hotel as an example,analyzes the location situation,building structure and continuity of existing buildings,and considers and formulates reasonable transformation plans.A pre-study field survey was conducted around the design specifications for senior apartments.Then,the functional layout of the existing buildings was flexibly adjusted,and a more detailed spatial planning and functional replacement scheme was formulated.Firstly,reasonable planning and design of plane and three-dimensional traffic,such as the increase of access facilities and barrier-free design,and the addition of “return”corridors between buildings.The bridge that blends the concept of the courtyard is both convenient and convenient for the elderly.Secondly,the maintenance module transformation updates the original functional division of the existing building,transforms the public space and living space of each maintenance module,and improves the light environment design inside and outside the building to meet the nighttime lighting needs of the elderly.It also shows the night view effect of historical buildings.In-depth study of the feasibility of the actual operation of existing buildings,through the previous theoretical research and fieldresearch,combined with SketchUp,Dialux simulation design,more intuitive display of transformation design strategies and methods,verification of Jinan hotel based on the renovation of old-age functions The rationality,feasibility,and some shortcomings in the current application research of existing building renovation strategies need improvement.
