For the current operating status of expressway in Henan Province, there are multiple selectable driving routes between two import toll stations due to more and more complex network structure of expressway. The queries and disputes become more and more prominent for the results of toll splitting by different expressway investments. Moreover, there is no effective and reasonable mean to adjust the network flow distributions because the path information of vehicle is unable to grasp. The low intelligent management ability of the road network cannot adapt to the demand of thriving development of expressway. To solve these problems, multi-path recognition technology is pivotal and urgent for expressway network operation and management of Henan province.The thesis first in-depth study of the highway multi-path identification technology, analyzes the main technical characteristics of the proposed two-way radio frequency identification technology program, its working principle and key technical problems were studied in detail. In addition, the use of network theory, the identification station layout techniques were studied in detail, spanning tree identifies proposed law and distribution law on each side two programs, and site layout optimization proposal.Finally, the two-way radio frequency identification technology and identifies the station layout techniques applied to the expressway network in Henan Province, the detailed design of the recognition system and identify the station layout, to achieve a seamless connection and charging management system of the existing road network, enhance the Henan provincial expressway toll management science degree, a fair the toll split incentives, to promote the construction of expressway.
