The rational development of traffic is still a long way to go. Currently, the urban expressway of Changsha exhibit a non-systematic condition. It’s scale and layout can’t satisfy the traffic demand, and so needs to be improved interchange nodes, especially some new roads, across the river, the river up to the recent construction of the bridge is less than the long-term transformation of the standard.
