Design And Implementation Of Expressway Networked Toll Collection Path Identification System Based On Video License Plate Recognition Technology

With the further development of highway toll collection in our country,the inevitable existence of expressway ring network for the connected expressway,so that there are two or more alternative routes passing from one point to another,That is,ambiguous path problem.According to the national highway network planning,the number of ring networks in the highway network will double with the continuous expansion of the road network.Therefore,the path identification technology will therefore become the key technology in the network charging system.In order to solve the ambiguous path problem of expressway network charging,firstly,through the investigation and understanding of the present situation of expressway network charging system,the actual demand of expressway network charging system is analyzed in detail.After comparing the existing path identification technologies,a scheme of path identification system based on video license plate recognition technology is proposed.Namely,the license plate recognition identification point is set up between the two pivotal intercommunication of the minimum ring network in the expressway network,and the non-stop license plate recognition is carried out.Through the summary analysis of the license plate information,the actual route of the vehicle driving is determined.Secondly,on the basis of further research on the key technologies of path identification system,this paper proposes the overall network architecture of toll route identification system of expressway network,systematically analyzes the function of the route system,and proposes the design of the software function of the route identification system.Finally,taking the highway toll collect system of Hunan Province as the research object,a path identification scheme based on the video license plate recognition technology is proposed,and a specific design scheme of the path identification data center,the path identification point and the path identification remote disaster recovery center in Hunan Province is proposed.It solves the problem of ambiguous path of expressway network toll in Hunan Province and realizes the objective of charging and splitting toll expressway in Hunan Province according to the actual route.Based on the investigation of the status quo of highway toll collection system and the analysis of the key technologies of the route identification system based on video license plate recognition,a solution of route identification system based on video license plate recognition is put forward to solve the problem of highway toll identification Problems,prompting the highway network charging system more perfect,thereby improving the operation and management of the highway level and improve the service level of the highway.
