Combined with the medium caliber command guidance ammunition weapon system in the research, this paper descript detailedly the actuator’s system components, work principle and simulation design. The scheme design follows a reliable, simple, practical principle. The electromagnetic actuator has several advantages, such as compact structure, small capacity, fast response and low price. The electromagnetic actuator is appropriate for small spinning guided munitions. The experiment and application show that the design solution of actuator is feasible.Combined with to the medium caliber command guidance ammunition weapon system development project’s actual need, the research is carried out when the overall technical indexes meet requirements. We focus on the control technology implementation scheme. The research focus on:1. The system control scheme of the medium caliber command guidance anti-missile ammunition is researched oretically.2. According to the medium caliber command guidance ammunition weapon system’s characteristics, the corresponding actuator’s type is researched.3. By studing on static characteristics of elcctromagnet, experience formula method, magnetic circuit differential method, ANSYS finite element method and equivalent magnetic circuit method are calculated comparatively. The electric current is obtained in different position and electromagnetic force.4. Electromagnet dynamic charteristics is verificated through the motion model, the circuit model and the magnetic circuit model.5. In order to obtain appropriate armature thickness, armature is optimized by ANSYS’s own program language.
