With the rapid growth of energy demand,the development and utilization of wind energy has become the focus in recent years.The proportion of wind power in power generation system is rising,and its scale continues to increase.Therefore,the operation reliability of the wind turbine has gradually come into being.The AC contactor in electric system of wind power is the main control,whose reliability is directly related to the reliability of wind power system.The wind power generation system requires that the AC contactor has a high electrical life and reliability.In the process of the operation of the gate and the closing,the electromagnetic mechanism has the faster switching speed,faster closing speed and higher output power.Therefore,it is very important to improve the reliability of the wind power system,and to study the AC contactor which is suitable for the wind power generation system.According to the requirements of the AC contactor for wind power system,a new type of bistable electromagnetic mechanism is proposed by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing electromagnetic mechanism.By using electromagnetic theory and empirical formula,the preliminary design and calculation of the electromagnetic mechanism are carried out.The basic parameters are determined,and the control circuit is designed to achieve the function of low voltage ride through.Using Ansoft finite element analysis software,the static magnetic field and transient magnetic field of the designed structure are simulated and analyzed.The magnetic field distribution of the electromagnetic loop and the static suction force characteristic curve of the electromagnetic mechanism are obtained by the static magnetic field analysis.Based on the static magnetic field model,the transient magnetic field simulation model of the design structure is established by adding the external circuit and the coil turns.Through the simulation and analysis of the design structure,the dynamic characteristics,such as the transient characteristics,the displacement characteristics,the current characteristics and so on,are obtained.By analyzing the influence of each parameter on the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic mechanism,the design structure is improved to determine the size parameters of each part.By comparing the characteristic parameters and design parameters,the design of mechanism is verified.
