| Nowadays, the mode of general contracting projects has become a new development inthe field of domestic construction market. During the transfer from traditional verticalintegration production model to EPC model, how to deal with the symbiosis between thegeneral contractor and construction subcontractor is a key point of project management,which will has direct impact on quality control. As the stage of construction is extremelyconcerned on the formation of projects, construction quality control is most important to theestablishment of high quality projects.Because there is great difference between the ways of quality control of generalcontractor and construction subcontractor, we have to face to the complexity and difficultywhen running the quality control system. Especially to the large scale projects, there are a lotof factors to the quality, which means that huge loss would be caused when problems of anylink arise. Consequently, to deal with the situation where the EPC model has not grown up yetand ensure the establishment of high quality projects, it is necessary to research and developthe new pattern of quality control which faces to the whole project and adapts to thedevelopment of EPC model.The author suggests that the best way to strengthen the quality control is theimplementation of joint quality management.This r dissertation is taking project quality control as core, introduces the condition thatdomestic and international EPC model produces and develops, analyzes major problems inthe construction, basic characteristics and influencing factors of quality management. In thisdissertation, using systems theory as guidance, with integrative applications of modern qualitymanagement theory, project management theory, Synergetic, the author systematically studiesthe questions of the synergic quality control. The author also studies the major contents, thebasic characteristics and the administrative levels of coordination in quality control ofconstruction concerning EPC general contracting projects. On the basis of analysis of revenuein quality control, the operating mechanism and practical methods are proposed concerningthe situation where information is asymmetric.Through these researches with empirical study, a comprehensive system of coordinationin quality control is established, which can offer theoretical and practical guidance to improvethe construction quality for enterprises. |
