Study On The Quality Control Of The General Contracting In The Super High Rise Building

Super high-rise buildings refer to the floor construction height in more than 30 layers or more than 100 meters above the building,super high-rise building in construction,and construction process,because of its project cost is huge,built complex technology,various environmental factors,construction cycle long,in high rise building construction prophase,metaphase and late on the construction technology and construction project management level is extremely high.While China's construction enterprises in the construction technology and project quality monitoring methods still exist many deficiencies,the need to learn from the introduction of the world's advanced technology.Using relevant theories,high-rise building project management process and engineering quality monitoring process in-depth research and practice,through a comprehensive analysis of the case,to find out the shortcomings of engineering project quality control model,and in accordance with the proposed constructive opinions and suggestions.This paper based on the domestic and foreign literature collation and analysis of the high-rise building engineering quality supervision mode and on the basis of the development process,planning ideas and techniques are discussed;then according to the existing quality control of China's high-rise buildings in engineering,combined with the heavy and difficult problems of ultra high-rise building construction in case management,analyzed and improved monitoring mode and perfect scheme;then,the engineering quality monitoring mode of our country of a high-rise building of the whole process of tracking and multi factor evaluation,establish the monitoring model based on high-rise building project quality evaluation of the full range of specific and perfect measures.then,a comprehensive analysis of this paper mainly through the quality control of XX building project management,project quality status and engineering problems,summed up the lack of in quality control model of XX building project,and focuses on the analysis of XX building project The engineering quality quantity monitoring system of standardization mode and engineering cycle quality monitoring mode.Finally,this paper on the current China's high-rise building engineering quality monitoring mode of improvement and optimization of specific programs,namely " construction engineering quality control standard system+built building project cycle quality monitoring and supervision" mode,and put forward opinions and suggestions to the perfection of my high-rise building engineering quality monitoring mode.In this paper,literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,expert investigation method,case analysis method and other methods are adopted.Through these methods,the quality control analysis of super high-rise building engineering general contracting is realized.
