Study On Decision-making Method Of Dangerous Goods Transportation In Mountain City Based On Gray Analytical Hierarchy

In this paper, used the method of combining the analytic hierarchy process andgray system theory, based on complexity, randomness and gray characteristics of thedangerous goods transportation in mountain city. Established the mountain city ofdangerous goods transportation decision-making model, and gave the decision-makingin part of Chongqing.This paper first analyzed the research status, analysis of factors affecting thetransport of dangerous goods in the mountain city, and summarized the characteristicsof the dangerous goods transportation in mountain city Secondly, discussed andevaluated the decision-making modeling methods, and explored the method ofcombining the AHP and gray system theory，then gave the decision-making of thedangerous goods transportation on the urban area of Chongqing. Finally, used thecollected data of all indicators through the modeling steps to established judgmentmatrix of distance, road characteristics and accident rates, around health care,emergency rescue, and the surrounding environment, according to the mechanism ofAHP and gray system theory. Established the decision model of dangerous goodstransportation in mountain city based on gray analytical hierarchy. Verified feasibility ofthe method by example.The paper have the following two innovations: First, so far, I found no dangerousgoods transportation Decision-making model based on the characteristics of mountaincity. Second, Established a dual Decision-making-making model of gray system theoryfor AHP robustness.Gave the optimal selection in chongqing area by using the decision-making model.The findings of this article can provide important data to support the road trafficmanagement department’s mesures of traffic accidents prevention. And can also providea theoretical basis for the control of the urban area of Chongqing dangerous goodstransportation accident. This paper have a certain theoretical significance and practicalvalue on strengthening Chongqing road traffic management,and improving road trafficconditions.
