In today's society of dangerous goods rapidly developing industrial technology plays an increasingly important role in improving productivity outstanding ability,but the problem is that the dangerous goods have a single origin and dispersion characteristics of the demand,the long distance transport can play dangerous goods effect,the dangerous goods from the location to the need to shift demand to achieve its value,road transport is the main way of transport of dangerous goods.Since the transport of dangerous goods in the event of an accident,often accompanied by explosions,combustion,pollution,leakage devastating major accidents,to people's lives and property and the environment great harm.Therefore,how to ensure that dangerous goods are not accidents or accidents have been effective control methods and theories gradually people's attention.The transport of dangerous goods risk analysis and reasonable path selection is an important means to ensure the safety of transport of dangerous goods,in addition to optimizing the function of the transport of dangerous goods network can greatly reduce the transportation risk.On the basis of the transport of dangerous goods risk analysis focused on the dangers demonstrated routing and network optimization models and algorithms of cargo,transport of dangerous goods last risk assessment gives a specific example,for the transport of dangerous goods in a series provide theoretical support decision-making problems.Herein is the mode of transport of dangerous goods road transport,research mainly includes the following aspects:(1)This paper reviews the transport of dangerous goods risk analysis and path routing and network optimization of existing literature and the transport of dangerous goods safety assessment,summarized the management status and problems of transport of dangerous goods,including data information is imperfect,management not in place,weak supervision,lack of knowledge of the industry,there is no uniform way of selective models.Of which the first four factors are not as part of the management focus of this study,this paper from the perspective of theoretical research on routing and network optimization and safety assessment studies.(2)Application of existing research results through a lot of access and organize the existing literature,the main factors affecting the transport of dangerous goods accident a systematic summary of the risk factors for transport of dangerous goods were identified,the establishment a scientific evaluation system,which is a prerequisite for transport of dangerous goods risk analysis fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.(3)Construction of the index system of risk analysis of dangerous goods,the first of currently available theoretical models have been re-learning,and on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the way the establishment of a risk of transport of dangerous goods.(4)Based on graph theory and uncertain programming theory,on the basis of the established index system,the research model of the shortest path problem and VRP,combined with K algorithm to study and optimize the network evaluation of dangerous cargo transportation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the analysis of various problems,and using MATLAB and other professional mathematical software simulation,the results show that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper have good results.
