| As a mobile hazard sources in transportation, the dangerous goods may have animportant influence on the environment. if an accident takes place, especially on themountainous roads. The main reason may due to the numerous detours，the small radius ofbends，numerous tunnels of bridges, the steep slopes and long longitudinal slopes which willincrease the risk of dangerous goods transportation on the mountain roads and make therescue more difficult at the same time. With the development of economy, the potential risk ofdangerous goods on environment and human continues to expand along with a shape rise inthe volume of transportation. It is an important problem how to manage the transportation o fdangerous goods on mountainous roads and choose a suitable path to transport in order toreduce the risk of transportation and improve the efficiency of transportation.We conduct a study by researching the related literatures on the method of path dec isionsof the dangerous goods transportation, and focus on analysis the characteristics oftransportation of dangerous goods on the mountainous roads and the factors that possibleinfluence the path decisions of transportation. Then, as the complexity and high-risk ofmountainous roads, we put forward the concept of high-risk roads and carry a determinationfurther by analyzing the existing modeling methods. On this base, the model of path decisionof high-risk roads was built and carried out to verify in a case, which combined the method ofhierarchical analysis with the theory of fuzzy system. Finally based on the informationmanagement system, combining with the characteristics of mountainous roads, it uses moderntechnology, such as GIS, GPS, GMS,to build the management information systemmountainous road transport of dangerous goods, which manages the mountainous Roadtransport of dangerous goods in aspects of the line scheduling, accident warning andemergency treatment and so on. |
