Research On Post Project Evaluation Methods And The Case Study Of Thermal Power Projects

This paper studies on the evaluation system and the methods of the post project evaluation for the thermal power projects. The No.4generator set project of Yuanbaoshan power plant, which is the national "Eight-Five" key construction project, is taken as a sample case for the evaluation research. The project scope, the project content, the authorized budgetary estimation, the invest situation, the performing condition, the benefit situation, and the practice and running status of the project are firstly analyzed. Then the technology effect, the financial and economic benefit condition, the performing management, the sustainable ability, and the environmental&social influence of the project are evaluated, based on which the main problems and the corresponding experiences are obtained. The achievements obtained in this paper have reference value for the practice and post evaluation research of the similar thermal power projects.
