| Structural modeling of electric equipments like the spaceborne cabinets hasproblems like low efficiency, long period, low accuracy, and no design criteria. Inorder to solve these problems, the theoretical concepts and methods of whole productparameter are systematically summarized in this paper, propound two kinds ofmodeling methods for the spaceborne cabinets. On the basis of software Pro/E,parametric model database is built to realize rapid modeling of whole product of thespaceborne cabinets.1) By comparing advantages and disadvantages of domestic and overseesparametric design methods, the necessity of whole product parametric technique isindicated and the operating flow is summarized.2) The specialty and actuality of the design of spaceborne cabinets is analyzed andthe whole idea of designing the parametric modeling platform is discussed.3) By describing the design rules and building the parameterized model withconstraints, solve the problems between the combining of whole product analysis andparametric modeling. The key technique of the modeling platform, namely the designmethod basing on rules, is discussed. And the function and usage of the platform isalso introduced.4) The method and process of the development of the database is described. Largeamount of modeling experiences is summarized, in order to propose the generalmethod of product structural analysis and preprocessing. The usage and meaning oftext of comment, as well as built the database for parametric model are discussed indetail. And several advices about building reasonable parametric models is introducedto compensate for the deficiency of the parametric modeling rules and methods. At last,by comparing with the manual modeling process, prove the accuracy and rapidity ofthe whole product parameter method and rapid modeling technique. |
