Facing ever-fiercer market competition and changeful market demands, enterprise must own the ability of rapid response manufacture, which means enterprise should allocate manufacturing resource rapidly and effectively for product line.Virtual simulation could simulate the real manufacture of product dynamically without consuming any physical materials, forecast the state of manufacturing system, and help enterprise make decision and plan. That's why virtual manufacture is widely used in product line simulation. The present software of product line simulation has some shortages, such as long modeling cycle, relying on person's experience excessively, lacking of intelligent modeling service. So a rapid modeling and simulation method for task-oriented product line is introduced in this thesis, which is helpful for scheduling of make-to-order mode.Firstly,domestic and overseas actuality of modeling and simulation on product line is analyzed in the thesis; rapid modeling and simulation method for task-oriented product line is put forward, and the main frame and components of system is proposed based on the method; three key technologies are researched, including object-oriented resource modeling, rule based process modeling and task-oriented algorithm.Finally,a prototype system based on QUEST which is provided by Delmia, is developed ,and a case is given to verify abovementioned techologies.
