| With the development of world economic integration,the shipping industry of our country has ushered in a rapid de velopment opportunity and achieved considerable development, while China still has a lot to learn from South Korea and Japan in terms of ship design capability, manufacturing technology. In order to improve the core competitiveness of China’s shipbuilding industry and achieve a leap development, promoting the application of modeling and simulation in the shipbuilding industry has become one of the important initiatives. The fast changing market environment and the diversification of product, however, makes it harder for the traditional modeling and simulation methods to meet the needs of the simulation.In this thesis, a rapid modeling and simulation technology was mainly studied for production line of ship block. The paper firstly summarized the organization model of block production line, based on which the elements of production line were classified. The mapping relation was re viewed between the actual production line and virtual simulation model, the simulation model libraries were established, including geometry model, kinematics model and logical model. Analyzed the requirement of function for interactive modeling, and the interactive modeling module for block production line was developed through the study of the design of user interface and menu item settings. Secondly, data of block production line was analyzed and packed. The data structure of all kinds of entities was summarized. According to the characteristics of the simulation software and the data structure of entities, the format of text file which stored the simulation data was defined. By SCL program code and VBA technology, Quest was used as the simulation platform to complete the fast simulation based on data driven. Finally, a three-dimensional block production line of some company was taken as an example to verify the validity and practicability of the research work in this paper, by applying the rapid modeling and simulation technology to complete the modeling and simulation.Completing the modeling and simulation for production line of ship block based on rapid interactive modeling module and data driven technology, not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of the modeling and simulation work, but also realizes the reusability of the simulation model and makes a quick response to the change of the production site, which has certain application values to spread. |
