Research On The Navigation Safety Of First-stage Construction Of Jinghaiwan District In Weihai Port

Zhang Jiabu port was founded in the late seventies, which is the only port of Wendeng city. Due to the berths level, the lack of berths, insufficient capacity of the freight yard stockpiling and terminal handling and dual purpose for commercial and fishing, opetation in the port is very confused. Cargo transportation of port is difficult to achieve large-scale resulting in stagnant port throughput, and port supporting role in the economy is not fully realized. To change the backward situation of Wendeng existing port and comply with the construction and development trend of the modern port, the Zhang Jiabu Newport Engineering Co.Ltd. of Wendeng city started construction of first-stage project of Jinghaiwan harbour district in Weihai Port in2008.Based on overall planning of Jinghaiwan Harbor for major economic hinterland-the Wendeng city’s economic level, transportation needs and future trends, the engineering scale of first-stage project of Jinghaiwan harbour contains two5,000-ton cargo berths with the annual throughput of107million tons, and constructs the approach embankment, breakwater, revetment, cofferdams and other ancillary works.Based on the construction program of first-stage project of Jinghaiwan harbour district, first this article analyses the navigation conditions, route and navigation methods according to the port layout of the marine resources, function zoning, hydrological and meteorological conditions, The unascertained measure algorithm by constructing not sure measure function to study and evaluate the security situation in the project, determine the general safety. That ships entering and leaving the ports and waterways is more objective and favorable conditions, but the relatively low level of security, keeping in mind that safety is a relative concept, various factors may change as circumstances change, security will be due to random factors the trigger caused the accident.This article provides reference for navigation safety of ships sailing near waters of first-stage project of Jinghaiwan harbour district in Weihai Port, which ensures the safety of navigation.
