In the "Twelfth five-year" period, with the world economy gradually recovery, especially the growth of the economy is steady and rapid in our country, will keep the total throughput increase a certain extent. The central government will continue to support the development of port industry, the project examination and approval, support subsidies, investment promotion and capital introduction, etc.XW port area is one of the important port of lianyungang port planning development, will rely on port-surrounding initiative industrial, gradually turn to serving the hinterland economy and rear port-surrounding industrial comprehensive port.Main in dry bulk liquid bulk cargo and general bulk cargo transportation. Gradually develop container transportation.In this context, this paper studied the feasibility study of the theory knowledge, study on XW port phase project of the feasibility analysis.Thesis mainly is divided into six parts. First, introduce the selected topic background and significance, and lists the research basis and process; Second, analyzes the necessity of the project; Then discusses the construction conditions of the project, including geography, nature and environment as the external environment; list the overall scheme of the project, based on the layout, loading and unloading process, hydraulic structure, supporting engineering in detail; Through the investment estimation, financing and economic analysis of several aspects of the project economic evaluation; Finally put forward the feasibility of the project made a summary and outlook, to provide reference for subsequent projects in the study.
