Based On The Whole Life Cycle Of The Passive Solar Building Evaluation Method And Index Research

Passive solar building is the use of ontology building ingenious design, the house directlyuses solar energy to heating in winter, and shading in summer. Its main character is fully adaptedto the climate in the region and use of natural conditions, while satisfying the building to usefunctions, reducing the natural environment disturbance, reduce the demand of the buildingrunning on traditional energy sources. China is in a period of rapid urbanization, promotingpassive solar building concepts and technologies in the building life cycle, saving resources andenergy, to achieve significance in harmony with nature. The purpose of this research is to buildaccord with our country national condition of the passive solar energy building evaluation indexsystem and scientific evaluation method, and can be used in the production practice.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part: Through the passive solar buildingoverview, put forward the construction of passive solar building the necessity of evaluationsystem. The second part: Through analysis of the domestic and foreign representative of thegreen, energy-saving building comprehensive evaluation system summed up the direction of thedevelopment of building performance evaluation. The third part: Firstly, the whole life cycle ofbuilding performance evaluation and integrated building environmental performance assessmentsystem combining the construction of whole life cycle, the passive solar energy buildingperformance comprehensive evaluation model; Secondly, in the whole life cycle of passive solarbuilding target of evaluation system and under the guidance of the principle of passive solarbuilding, built evaluation system model and index system; Finally, the study of the life cycle ofpassive solar buildings evaluation index.This paper constructs the passive solar buildings evaluation system, is the whole life cycleprocess feedback evaluation applied to passive solar buildings performance evaluation field, thusthrough the continuous feedback evaluation information, and finally get more optimized results;Through the passive solar buildings evaluation grade identification, quantification definition ofthe passive solar buildings, so that the designer can convenient comparison to use all kinds oftechnology or the possibility of measures, so as to get the system more cost-effective solutions,but also promote the new idea, the new technology development.
