As one of the three major energy consumptions in society, building energy consumption poses a great threat to the environment and resources. Therefore,we should combine the concept of sustainable development with the construction industry to make the construction industry move from a high-speed development stage to a high-quality development stage change.Passive architecture focuses on the coordination and unity of "people-building-climate",and the design concept that meets the needs of eco-friendly development is an inevitable trend for the transformation and upgrading of my country’s traditional construction industry.Due to the high initial investment cost of passive buildings and the invisible direct benefits of enterprises and users, they are unwilling to accept passive buildings and hinder the development of passive buildings. Therefore,a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation model for passive buildings has been established to integrate passive buildings. It is particularly important to conduct an objective evaluation of performance so that the public can intuitively feel the comprehensive benefits brought by passive buildings. This topic takes passive buildings as the research object, summarizes the theoretical basis and development status of passive buildings, and combines the green building evaluation standards and systems in various countries to divide the life cycle of passive buildings into four stages: decision-making,design,construction,and operation and maintenance. The comprehensive performance of passive buildings is evaluated from five aspects: economy, health and comfort, convenience of life, resource conservation, environment and quality.According to the content and characteristics of the evaluation index, the evaluation index is divided into two parts, quantitative dimension and qualitative dimension,a comprehensive evaluation model of passive building based on the whole life cycle is established, and the evaluation method that matches the evaluation object is selected for evaluation. For the quantitative dimension, the "incremental costbenefit ratio" is used to evaluate its economy, and for the qualitative dimension, the "entropy-extension evaluation method" is used to evaluate health and comfort, convenience of life, resource conservation, environment and quality. The qualitative issues are processed quantitatively, and finally the arithmetic average of the evaluation results of the quantitative dimension and the qualitative dimension is taken as the passive building integrity evaluation grade. The established comprehensive evaluation model of passive buildings is applied to engineering examples, and the comprehensive evaluation grades of passive buildings are evaluated. The calculation results are consistent with the actual situation, which verifies the scientific rationality of the evaluation model. Finally, from the perspective of various stakeholders, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for how to promote the development of passive buildings.Through scientific and reasonable evaluation of the comprehensive performance of passive buildings throughout the life cycle,it can not only provide decision-making guidance for developers, enterprises and consumers, but also provide a reference for government departments to formulate reasonable passive building incentive policies, and promote passive buildings,it is very important to promote the development of passive buildings. |
