Economic development has improved people’s living standards,and technological progress has made sustainable development possible.However,the accompanying huge energy and environmental problems have become a key fa ctors restricting development.How to achieve an effective balance between social science development and limited resources has become one of the focus of today’s sustainable development.Architecture is a spatial struct ure that integrates human life,urban culture,and ecological environment.Its energy consumption is recognized by the world as on e of the three major components of social energy consumption.Passive building is designed to achieve comfortable and healthy indoor environment with passive technology as the main technology.It has m any advantages,such as energy savin g,economy and comfort,which is consistent with the development trend of the construction industry in the new situation.But at present,passive building is still in the development stage in China.Up to now,a complete set of passive evaluation system has not yet been establ ished.For passive buildings and green buildings have some relevance in terms of content and goals,a passive building evaluation system based on life cycle is constructed combing the evaluation standards and methods of the more mature green buildings in t he world and the basic concept of passive architecture as well as its own characteristics.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)Through reading and collating a large number of documents,the basic connotation,technical points,research status and basic theories of passive buildings are deeply studied.And the concept of sustainable development and life cycle theory are introduced into the passive building evaluation,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of passive building evaluation system.(2)Based on in-depth study on the evaluation methods and extensive research of green buildings in various countries and combined with the characteristics and current status of passive building in China,the evaluation system of passive building based on life cycle is constructed from the planni ng stage,design stage,construction stage,evaluation stage after to construct.(3)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the extension evaluation method are introduced to the passive building evaluation,and the passive building model based on the extension evaluation method is established.The AHP is used to determine the weights of all levels of indicators,and the relevance degree is used to calculate the evaluation grade of passive building.Finally,the extensional evaluation method is used to evaluate the passive building.(4)Taking a passive building project as an example to conduct an empirical study.According to result of the constructed passive building evaluation system is consistent with the actual evaluation.It indicates that the evaluat ion system and method given by this paper is effective and feasible in solving practical problems,which has a certain reference value for the promotion and evaluation of passive buildings in China.
