The main content of this paper is an in-depth analysis of the transfer behavior of regularpublic bus and urban rail transitFirst, this paper describes the research background, then gives main content andsignificance of this study; Then, this paper detailed analyzes the characteristics of urbanpublic transport systems and the sharing rate, and grasped the characteristics of the regularpublic bus and metro travel;Travel behavior is determined by a variety of factors,so this paperanalyzed influence factors of regular public bus and metro transfer,including travel featuresand traveler features,and the investigation of influencing factors. Finally, this paper using theSP survey method obtained the basic data of Xi’an Metro Line as example.Then based on theselection model,this paper use of the disaggregate model forecasted transfer rate of regularpublic bus to the metro on Xi’an Metro Line corridor, and analyzed the influence factors ofregular bus trips transferring the subway, besides the level of the influence factors。It shouldbe noted, the basis of data of this paper in Xi’an Metro Line not yet opened, so this paper canonly forecast in the form of the transfer of regular public bus to the metro for analysis.The main conclusions drawn by this paper is: the longer the travel distance the highertransfer from regular bus to subway,and the higher the acceptance of the subway fare;property of the traveler’s age, occupation, income will significantly impact travel for regularbus and metro travel mode choice,while gender has little impact on the traveler’s choice bythe two travel modes; Trip characteristics, trip purpose, trip times (times/week), Travel costs,travel time,travel distance will significantly affect the traveler to choose a regular public busor metro.The study concludes can help urban rail management department to grasp the a variety ofcharacteristics of passengers,then improve in the design, construction and operation to attractregular bus passengers to the metro.The transfering characteristics according to different farepolicy provides the basis and reference for the subway fare,which can help us definereasonable metro fare,to increase metro passenger flow,meanwhile get both the operatingincome and welfare。...
