The areas surrounding the station of inter-city railway is animportant placement to the metropolis’development strategy.The article includes theory system construction, and evaluation system, sampleevaluation. Concepts, related research review, research framework and clarify, ways drivingforce of land replacement are the first three chapters’ main contents. The situations whichland replacement along the inter-city railway develop in home and abroad were discussed inthe fourth chapter. And the motivation, influence and problems of land replacement alongthe inter-city railway were analysis to make sure that the feasibility evaluation of landreplacement along the inter-city railway is very necessary.In fifth chapter, the article constructed a system of the feasibility evaluation of landreplacement along the inter-city railway from two accepts include the qualitative evaluationand qualitative evaluation. In view of the factors which impact the land replacement along theinter-city railway, index system was built in the qualitative evaluation.The sixth chapter is part of the sample evaluation which to take HeSheng destinationstation of Wuhan–Xianning Inter-city Rail as an example to assess. The Evaluation resultis: the land around HeSheng station can be replaced, but there is some risk, including policyrisk, urbanization problem, investment risk, and the challenges of the environment,cultivated land protection, etc.Recommendations and opinions included grasp the policy guidance, improve landmarket, balance the cultivated land were made at last.
