Inter-city Sation Area Land Use Study

The rapid development of inter-city railway accelerated the transport links between regions and promoted the regional socio-economic development. The establishment of inter-city stations puts cities in a greater development area, especially advantage to the development of the area which established inter-city stations. How to efficiently use the land of inter-city stations has been a focus of local government and planning sector. Based on the analysis of theory and practice at home and abroad, proceeding from inter-city station and the relationship between cities, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the land use of inter-city station areas and the influence on urban development, proposing how to strengthen the communication between inter-city station and inner city, exploring the related strategies suitable for the land use of our inter-city station. This paper sorts out the correlation theory of domestic and overseas'transportation and urban development, the development history of our railway station, the problems we are facing and the foreign experience in building high-speed railway station, in the hope of providing theoretical guidance and practical experience reference in building inter-city station.This paper analyzes the passenger flow, land utilization, scope features of inter-city, discusses the concentration degree of urban economy, urban nature, the influence of urban traffic on the inter-city station and inter-city can guide urban spatial structure change and form a new transport node city, proposing related measures on reinforcing the communication between inter-city station and cities, classified the inter-city station. By analyzing the case studies of domestic and overseas'inter-city station, summarized the features of inter-city's land use, and proposed related strategies on improving the efficiency of land use in inter-city station.Taking Zhenjiang Dantu station for example, from the aspects of improving local traffic accessibility, the development of land integration, function selection, land-use layout, which proposed related strategies for Dantu station's land use.
