Study On Rationality Evaluation Of Land Use Planning Based On Spatial Layout

With the development of society and economy, as a result of human activities, the structure and layout of Land Use’s greatly changes, population and land resources has become a big social problem. General land use planning is the guiding document guide land planning for the implementation, through the evaluation and analysis of the structure and layout of Land use, to judge the General land use planning’s rationality, and it is the effective means to improve the land utilization rate, promote economical and intensive use of land.In this paper, related concepts and theories of general land use planning are described briefly based on the related research at home and abroad, constructed the revision of the general land use planning reasonable evaluation model and optimization model, and use Mangshi as an example of empirical research, in order to provide reference basis to Mangshi general land use planning.The main contents of this paper are:1, construction of the overall planning of land use evaluation model. Introducing Gibbs-Martin diversification index, Weaver—Thomas combination coefficient, location index, Lorenz curve concentrated index and construction land per capital to analyze the quantity structure of land use; introducing patch density and spatial layout to analyze the land use spatial structure; introducing the land using dynamic degree and land use relative change rate to analysis land use dynamic change. Mangshi land use data shows that, the Mangshi land use overall planning has certain rationality, but the land use also exist some problems.2, the construction of land use planning optimization model. The introducing integrated balance method to optimize the land use structure, determine the scale, and combining with the characteristics of land use provide reasonable suggestions to optimize regional layout and development direction. Studies have shown that after optimization, the Mangshi land scale and the construction scale have increased, with Mangshi trend of social and economic development and urban economic Xing City, tourism and cultural activities, and new industrial city and rich, characteristic agricultural strong city development strategy.
