Matter Element Model Based Intensive Land Use Evaluation Of University In Nanchang

Since the1990s, with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,more attention paid to the land intensive utilization evaluation research, because thedemand for construction land and arable land protection had intensified contradiction.Land for colleges and universities as an important part of urban land, colleges anduniversities of land intensive utilization research is imminent with large-scaleenrollment expansion in universities in the late90s especially. Land intensiveutilization evaluation research of colleges and universities mainly reseals problems ofthe dial and unused land in order to promote the land on intensive and reasonable use.At present, the research of the urban land intensive utilization has more articles, butthe research of colleges and universities is very few. It is yet to be further perfectedresearch in theory, index selection, weight determination, evaluation method, etc.The article comprehensively evaluates the land intensive utilization condition often universities in Nanchang city. It absorbs the land intensive utilization evaluation ofthe domestic and foreign research. Combining with the universities’ land utilizationcharacteristics of the pilot of Nanchang city, the article constructs evaluation indexsystem and the method of the matter element model about the land intensiveutilization on campuses. The study will provide a scientific basis for mastering landintensive utilization condition of universities in Nanchang city. Through the analysisof the evaluation results, we can look for the restrictive factors of land intensiveutilization of colleges and universities and investigate pertinent solutions for extensiveuse of the land of universities in Nanchang city. The research has both theoretical andimportant practical significance. For example, it is good for promoting the intensiveutilization for universities, the government macro-control policies, building goodenvironment for teachers and students.This research could be divided into excessive use, intensive use, moderate useand low use according to the evaluation criteria. This evaluation results has severalfeatures. Firstly, the results show that Jiangxi University of Finance and Economicsand East China Jiaotong University affiliated to the excessive use of land use degree.Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics completely belongs to the class, butEast China Jiaotong University indicates that it belongs to the low use and prefers tointensive utilization. Because we can find the deviation (i*=2.1297). Secondly, Nanchang University, Jiangxi Normal University and Jiangxi Agricultural Universitybelong to intensive use degree. They completely belong to the level of intensiveutilization from the deviations. Thirdly, Nanchang Hongkong University and JiangxiUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine belong to the moderate use of land usedegree. Fourthly, Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University and NanchangInstitute of Technology and Jiangxi Police College belong to the low use degree. Thedeviation (i*=3.0830and3.1071), both close to3, illustrate that they are partial tomoderate use degree. The deviation (i*=3.9374) indicates that the school iscompletely in line with low use level standard of Jiangxi Police College.
