Research On Architect Programming For Existing Residential District Of Beijing Applicable To Old Transformation

In recent years, the degree of aging of society grows increasingly. Aging problem growsprominent increasingly, in this context of many governments carry out the work of home careservices. However, the home care service has not yet formed a unified standard, the researchof existing residential district is relative lack of the technical means and measures to realizethe home care.This paper comes from the status that home care services are not enough for the existingresidential district in Beijing. The paper mainly including four parts: the first part is theintroduction part, mainly indicated the present situation and characteristics for aging cities inour country, and further to the study involved concept is defined, and at the same time,thehome care services characteristics both at home and abroad are analyzed,and made clear thesubject research goal. The second part proposed the characteristics for existing residentialdistrict of Beijing applicable to old transformation, the article research separately from thebasic theory of architecture planning and Beijing both residential area planning characteristicsand so on, and then put forward the necessity of architect programming for existingresidential district of Beijing applicable to old transformation. The third part in thearchitecture planning procedures and methods for guidance, combined with the characteristicsof the residential district of Beijing applicable to old transformation,the article put forwardand its procedures and methods. The fourth part is the conclusion part, it is mainly to outlinesand summarized the main content of the architect programming for existing residential districtof Beijing applicable to old transformations, separately from outside space, the residentialbuilding for elderly, public service facilities and so on, then put forward the modificationmeasures of the elder’s demand characteristic transformation measures to occupy the home tobe in urban residential district within the scope of endowment comprehensive implementationof the reference.
